Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in CS, EE, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent competency.
10-15 years work experience preferred in firmware development or related field.
Expertise in embedded firmware development using C/C++, RTOS, and chipset SDKs (Realtek, Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek).
Experience with Wi-Fi protocols including 802.11 MAC, drivers, roaming logic, and Wi-Fi security standards (WPA2/WPA3).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of owning firmware architecture and driving strategy for advanced wireless connectivity solutions.
Hands-on embedded systems expert with proven ability to debug and optimize Wi-Fi performance issues using diagnostic tools.
