Design and develop enhancements and integrations for storage ecosystem software including Kubernetes CSI drivers, storage automation, cloud-native plugins, and related APIs.
Lead feature development efforts, participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners including open-source communities.
Drive software quality, CI/CD adoption, automation, and mentoring junior engineers within a hybrid cloud technology environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years software development experience in enterprise or cloud-native environments.
Strong proficiency in Golang is mandatory; Python and Java are preferred.
Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems and microservices with cloud-native architectures.
Familiar with Kubernetes ecosystem development including CSI drivers, operators, CRDs, and container technologies (Docker, Podman).
Strong operational experience with storage protocols and platforms (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NVMe/TCP, NFS, SMB) and CI/CD automation in DevOps environments.
