Lead performance tracking, KPI reporting, process improvements, and support cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or shipping industry (external hires).
Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts and adhere to a five-day in-office schedule.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP Transportation Management System and all MS Office products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational execution and process optimization within landside logistics using SAP TMS.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in dynamic environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.
