Lead and develop the India-based Analytics team supporting Global Business Services across global sourcing, procurement, and continuous improvement functions.
Own delivery of strategic insights, advanced analytics, reporting, and decision-support impacting over USD $8B in non-merchandise spend.
Drive analytics initiatives including supplier evaluations, procurement modeling, reporting automation, and data-driven decision making for global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, procurement analytics or related fields with at least 2 years in team management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting global stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
Job timing: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.

Experienced people leader with strong coaching and talent development skills in analytical teams within procurement or global business services contexts.
Proficient in advanced analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Excel), and applying financial and supplier evaluation methodologies.
Skilled in managing large-scale analytics operations influencing multi-billion dollar spend and collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
