Own end-to-end delivery of client projects in cloud migration, application modernization, data transformation, or CRM/ERP transformation using Microsoft technologies.
Lead distributed teams of 8-20 members including architects, developers, testers, and analysts, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and client relationships.
Manage project commercials, governance, change control, and delivery lifecycle across methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
Minimum Requirements
12–15 years IT experience with at least 5–6 years of end-to-end project delivery management.
Proven delivery experience in one or more: cloud migration, application modernization, data transformation, or CRM/ERP transformation on Microsoft technologies.
Experience managing distributed teams up to 15-20 members and using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira.
Certifications required: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe; Microsoft fundamentals such as AZ-900, MS-900, PL-900 or DP-900.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consulting, global delivery, or system integration environments with a background as a technical or functional consultant transitioning into delivery management.
Proficient in both agile and waterfall delivery models with commercial acumen in managing budgets, scope changes, and stakeholder relationships.
Industry experience in BFSI, manufacturing, retail, energy, healthcare, or public sector, with ability to interface with Microsoft field or partner teams on co-delivered engagements.
