Support day-to-day operational shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading at Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and PUDs.
Ensure shipment accuracy, timely movement through operational stages, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, safety, and quality standards.
Assist Shift In-charges in meeting daily operational targets and support peak volume operations and contingency requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass.
Experience: Fresher up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar.
Physically fit for standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement throughout shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays; basic English and computer/handheld scanner skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operates well in fast-paced, operational logistics environments with a focus on execution and adherence to SOPs.
Comfortable following structured guidelines and supporting team leads to achieve operational productivity and service quality.
Able to maintain operational discipline including punctuality, grooming, and compliance with safety and brand standards.
