Minimum Requirements
12–15 years of IT experience with minimum 5–6 years in end-to-end project delivery management.
Proven delivery experience in cloud migration, application modernization, data platform/transformation, or CRM/ERP transformation.
Experience managing distributed teams of up to 15–20 members, including onshore and offshore resources.
Hands-on with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365) and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Seasoned delivery leader with deep expertise in managing complex projects using Microsoft technology stacks in consulting or global delivery environments.
Experienced in commercial management of projects including fixed-price and time-and-material engagements with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced operating in hybrid agile/waterfall environments and skilled in coordinating full delivery lifecycles including governance, risk, change, and adoption workstreams.
