5+ years of people management experience.
Mandatory expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Energy & Utilities) or domain experience with Energy & Utilities is required.
Must have skills in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Data Architecture, and Apex Design Patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of balancing hands-on technical architect responsibilities with managing and coaching a sizable consulting team.
Strong knowledge and operational experience in Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud or related domains with a strategic focus on AI-driven delivery.
Proven ability to influence enterprise architecture, lead technical workshops, and drive architectural vision and governance in large-scale customer engagements.
