Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Commerce/Arts or related field preferred.
0 to 1 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management focusing on payment posting.
Knowledge of medical billing software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and insurance EOBs.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy and payment reconciliation skills.
Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced revenue cycle management environment with deadlines.
Capable of supporting team queries and contributing to procedural improvements for consistency and compliance.
