Manage donor finance processes including tracking grant utilization, preparing donor reports, and coordinating audits.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, or MIS reporting.
MBA (Finance), CMA, or Semi-qualified CA qualification mandatory.
Prior experience with donor-funded organizations or NGOs preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Pune based with periodic travel to Mumbai or other locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial planning and analysis within education or nonprofit sectors, particularly donor-funded projects.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to independently manage financial reporting and stakeholder communications.
Comfortable coordinating cross-departmental teams and improving financial processes with ERP and Excel proficiency.
