Drive data-driven decision-making by extracting and analyzing large datasets from SAP and other sources to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.

Manage and mentor a team including setting objectives, evaluating performance, and guiding development to handle more complex responsibilities.

6 to 11 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent; Master's degree is preferred.

Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data analysis, project management, and MS Office.

Location: Navi Mumbai.

Experienced in spearheading business process improvements and implementing new initiatives in large organizations.

Strong data analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret large-scale SAP and external datasets to influence business strategy.

Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and training development.
