Minimum Requirements
15+ years of professional experience including 10+ years in Life & Annuity and/or Group insurance products and processes.
Extensive experience with insurance software packages, particularly in policy administration systems or claims.
Strong blend of business and technical expertise across insurance processes, data, digital platforms, and cloud-based enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Banking & Finance or related discipline; Master’s or Actuarial qualification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in North American Life and Annuity insurance, especially in policy administration or claims.
Experience influencing cross-functional and global distributed teams without formal authority, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to connect product strategy with technology solutions through data-driven analysis, quality assurance, and end-to-end testing practices.
