Experience leading or managing complex, cross-functional programs with accountability for execution and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to translate AI strategy into actionable, scalable solutions and deliver measurable business value.
Experience working in matrixed environments influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority, particularly in regulated or financial services sectors.
Background combining technical AI knowledge with program leadership and familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
