Lead month-end management close activities for assigned entities ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and drive timely resolution with commercial, supply chain, tax, and shared services teams.
Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making and manage relationships with shared service providers and external vendors to improve process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in finance, commerce, accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS, month-end close processes, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Role is hybrid based in India requiring regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced finance professional with proven ability in management accounting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Comfortable partnering with commercial, supply chain, shared services, and external providers in a matrixed environment.
Familiarity or experience with process improvements, ERP systems (SAP), and possibly finance transformation or reporting automation projects.
