Responsible for executing and meeting SLA/productivity/quality targets in Trade Services processes including settlement matching, fails handling, instructions, registered shares, confirmations, cancellations, reconciliation, transaction reporting, and trade investigation.
Maintaining MIS reports, analyzing data with reporting tools, and performing quality checks as required to ensure process standards are met.
Engaging in continuous domain knowledge upgrades, process improvements, and adhering to company security policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree required.
German language proficiency minimum B1 level; Level 3 or above required for specific processes (not specified which).
0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Computer literacy and good communication skills mandatory.
