Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Proven ability in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems including APIs, microservices, and use of RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), CI/CD automation, DevOps tooling, and ensuring production system resilience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading backend engineering teams with strong ownership of system architecture and production readiness in high-scale environments.
Skilled in applying advanced CS fundamentals (DSA, design patterns) to deliver modular, scalable APIs and distributed services.
