Portfolio Lead

Own delivery performance and health for a sub-domain comprising 4-6 pods (Engineering, Quality, Product), ensuring pace, predictability, and outcome alignment.

Lead AI-driven delivery improvements to reduce waste, accelerate throughput, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making across pods.

Facilitate cross-pod coordination, coaching, problem resolution, and stakeholder management to drive continuous improvement and alignment with commercial objectives.

7+ years in delivery or agile roles with at least 3 years managing multiple teams/pods concurrently in technology environments.

Expertise in flow-based delivery methodologies such as Kanban, lean, and continuous delivery; not limited to Scrum.

Strong understanding and practical experience applying AI tools to software delivery processes including coding assistants, test generation, and automation.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years delivery/agile roles; 3+ years multi-team leadership in tech; experience in regulated industries like gaming or fintech is desirable but not mandatory.

Experienced leader adept at managing multiple cross-functional pods with focus on flow efficiency, delivery metrics, and outcome/value alignment.

Data-driven problem solver who uses systems thinking to identify root causes and applies AI solutions to improve delivery performance.

Skilled in capacity planning and resource optimization with a commercial mindset linking delivery decisions to revenue and customer impact.
