Professional, Property Mgmt Operations

Own end-to-end property management services at a residential site ensuring smooth operations and enhanced efficiency through technology and innovation.

Manage and develop site manpower including hiring, guiding, and grooming team members to meet service delivery standards.

Oversee budgeting, SLA/KPI monitoring, vendor management, complaint resolution, safety compliance, and report generation for the residential site.

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering or equivalent.

7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; residential property management experience preferred.

On-site work location: Pune, Maharashtra.

Scheduled weekly hours: 48 hours.

Experienced in managing residential property operations with direct responsibility for site-level service delivery and team management.

Analytical and meticulous with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, capable of managing people dynamics effectively.

Comfortable working on-site with multi-stakeholder coordination including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
