Technical Consultant – Migration Engineer (Power BI Tenant Migration)

Execute Power BI tenant-to-tenant migration runbooks including artefacts, access remapping, and post-migration validations.

Perform functional smoke tests, resolve standard defects using playbooks, and maintain high-quality ticket documentation and evidence.

Operate in a 24x7 shift-based factory environment, supporting wave execution, defect resolution, handovers, and hypercare post-cutover.

Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with Power BI tenant-to-tenant migration in production environments.

Strong knowledge of Power BI Service including workspaces, permissions, datasets, reports, and migration operational issues.

Experience with formal migration runbooks, evidence capture, post-migration validation, and shift-based operational models including queue and backlog management.

Willingness to work in a three-shift 24x7 factory model; PL-300 certification or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in enterprise-scale Power BI cutovers with strong operational discipline under time-sensitive conditions.

Comfortable working within structured, repeatable migration processes and strict compliance standards.

Able to manage reporting, collaboration, risk escalation, and continuous improvement within a 24x7 shift handover environment.
