Manage end-to-end billing operations including processing, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Provide day-to-day production support, manage incidents, SLAs, and stakeholder communications, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation, support system enhancements and user acceptance testing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
2-3 years experience in operations, billing, production support, or technology support roles.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and large data set analysis.
Work onsite at least 3 days per week as per in-office collaboration requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in billing, reconciliation, financial operations, or transaction-based business processes, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
Proven track record of managing production support activities including incident management and SLA reporting.
Ability to analyze large data sets and create actionable reports and dashboards, preferably with Power BI and familiarity with PowerApps for automation support.
