Senior Program Manager, APAC Doc Processing

Own and optimize document verification operations for APAC, managing KPIs including accuracy, speed, cost, automation, and fraud detection.

Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product and Operations to implement automations, support market expansions, and improve compliance processes.

Develop and execute long-term strategy for identity and eligibility scaling across the complex APAC region, communicating business health to regional stakeholders and leadership.

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.

Experience managing large-scale projects and multiple cross-functional teams.

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with exceptional communication skills.

Mandate to spend at least 50% of time in-office unless fully remote approved (location requirements).

Experienced in managing operations that balance regulatory compliance with growth in diverse, multi-geography APAC markets.

Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams, including matrix organizational experience.

Skilled in using operational data insights for process improvement and fraud mitigation, preferably with advanced data analytics skills such as SQL.
