Manage end-to-end processing of Working Capital products including Cash Credit, Overdraft, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Bills Discounting, and Supply Chain Finance.
Verify and process disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures with documentation scrutiny and compliance checks.
Monitor pending cases to ensure resolution within TATs, handle exceptions, support process improvements, and prepare operational MIS and management reports.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking or NBFCs.
Strong knowledge of trade finance products, documentation, disbursement process, and operational risk controls.
Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in trade finance and working capital operations with operational ownership of product processing and compliance.
Able to manage stakeholder coordination across Business, Credit, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth transaction flows.
Comfortable working within regulated environments adhering to RBI guidelines and internal risk controls.
