Minimum Requirements
9+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience.
Expert-level proficiency with Java (version 21+), modern Java frameworks, and strong system design skills.
Strong experience with AWS services including EKS, ECS, Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
Experience with relational databases (SQL), Git, Jenkins pipelines, and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating distributed systems and RESTful APIs at scale within cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Skilled in leading technical discussions and improving engineering processes including CI/CD and observability.
Familiar with AI-assisted development tools to enhance software productivity and streamline workflows.
