Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
Proficiency in After Effects and familiarity with tools like Rive, Lottie, Figma, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, typography, and visual design.
Work onsite in Bangalore office; Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating complex and abstract technical concepts into clear and engaging motion visuals, especially within startup or fast-paced environments.
Skilled at managing multiple motion design projects simultaneously without compromising quality under tight deadlines.
Familiarity or experience with UI animation for web/mobile, coding animation tools, or motion design for AI/tech-oriented products is a plus.
