Software Engineer II - Full Stack

Develop and ship end-to-end user-facing web features including frontend and backend components with robust error handling and state management.

Write precise technical specifications from ambiguous requests to enable clear implementation by others.

Conduct thorough code reviews, write effective tests, adhere to and improve codebase conventions, and deploy changes responsibly with monitoring and feature flags.

3–5 years experience building and shipping production web software used by real users.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React including types, component design, and testing.

Server-side experience with NestJS or similar frameworks covering dependency injection, request validation, REST, and database/cache/queue interaction.

Experience working in large shared codebases and ability to navigate unfamiliar code independently.

Demonstrated ability to write clear, precise written technical communication including specs, PR descriptions, and reviews.

Experience using AI coding agents on real projects and insight on their limitations.

Adaptability to shift priorities quickly and cleanly manage unfinished work.
