Experience Required: Significant experience in site reliability engineering or related software engineering roles.
Programming/Scripting skills with Python, Go, or Bash.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably Terraform.
Strong expertise in AWS high-scale systems (including Kafka, API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch/Prometheus/Datadog, DynamoDB, Aurora).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services environments with an ability to identify broader business impact, risk, and opportunity.
Data-driven and scientific approach to system reliability and incident management.
Skilled in CI/CD, blue/green deployments, automation, and communicating complex technical updates effectively to diverse stakeholders.
