Identify and deploy automation solutions across SP&S manufacturing plants to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Design, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and integrate them with MES and ERP systems.
Develop automation roadmaps, business cases for funding, and standardize automation solutions across multiple production sites including data acquisition and dashboard creation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years experience in PLC and SCADA.
Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with industrial automation technologies including PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, ERP, IIoT, and data integration platforms (e.g., Azure IoT).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in PLC and SCADA related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operationalizing automation improvements focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency in manufacturing.
Capable of independently managing end-to-end automation projects including business case development and cross-site standardization.
Strong technical skills bridging industrial automation and advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation.
