Build, configure, and maintain test environments for enterprise operating systems (RHEL 8/9/10, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025), virtualized platforms, and containerized workloads.
Develop, automate, and maintain infrastructure provisioning and test automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, including managing CI-style test workflows.
Execute comprehensive testing (functional, integration, performance, stress) on backend infrastructure and analyze results to improve systems, handling firmware/BIOS patching and hardware lifecycle management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (not explicitly mandatory).
5+ years experience administering Linux (RHEL preferred) and Windows Server at scale, including patching and upgrades.
5+ years experience with enterprise server hardware lifecycle and out-of-band management (iDRAC, iLO).
2+ years scripting and automation experience with Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex test environments with strong automation and infrastructure-as-code proficiency.
Comfortable working across containerized platform operations (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi).
Demonstrated ability to author test automation and run performance/stress testing for backend infrastructure in an enterprise environment with compliance and change control processes.
