Design, build, and operate Glomo's production and sandbox cloud infrastructure on GCP as infrastructure as code.
Own and manage Kubernetes clusters (GKE) including deployment pipelines, autoscaling, rollouts, and monitoring for payment systems.
Ensure platform reliability, security, PCI-DSS compliance, disaster recovery, cost-control, and incident response for a real-money payment platform.
Minimum Requirements
2-6 years of production infrastructure operation experience, preferably in payments or fintech.
Strong hands-on experience with GCP services including GKE, VPC networks, IAM, Cloud SQL or AlloyDB, and Load Balancing; AWS experience also relevant.
Proficiency with Kubernetes production operations, Helm, autoscalers, resource limits, and safe rollout strategies.
Experience operating PostgreSQL at scale including replication, failover, backups, and query tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end infrastructure ownership including design, operation, security, and on-call support in high-traffic, regulated payment environments.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, security, and compliance teams to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
Skilled in automation, infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent), and developing CI/CD pipelines supporting frequent, zero-downtime deployments.
