Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years experience in software quality assurance with minimum 5 years in hands-on test automation development.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.
Proven experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium and API/integration testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing automation frameworks for cloud-native, microservices, and AI-related enterprise applications.
Capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality early and drive continuous testing.
Proficient in leveraging emerging technologies including AI-assisted testing to improve test coverage, maintenance, and defect detection.
