Minimum Requirements
12–18 years of experience in software/data engineering delivery with strong delivery management and people leadership experience.
Mandatory skills: data engineering and AI/ML delivery expertise; familiarity with GenAI, RAG, agentic solution delivery; strong Agile delivery, quality assurance, and governance.
Proven track record of owning cost, quality, schedule, revenue realization, EBIT, deployment efficiency, and productivity across complex engagements.
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PhD or equivalent.
