Strong expertise in primary Storage with NetApp ONTAP or Pure Storage.
Secondary Backup skill with Veritas NetBackup or Cohesity.
ITIL/ITSM knowledge and experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-grade Storage and Backup operations with focus on either NetApp or Pure Storage ecosystems.
Familiar with ITIL/ITSM frameworks applied to incident, change, and problem management within infrastructure environments.
Capable of effective incident handling, documentation, and working in shift-based operations with escalation protocols.
