Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, support audits, participate in process improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in payroll operations with handling sensitive/confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll tools (SAP, PeopleSoft).
Knowledge of US federal and state payroll regulations; strong MS Excel skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-volume, multi-state payroll in a large or shared services organization.
Familiarity with union payroll processing, including collective bargaining agreements and union pension/health plans is preferred.
Capable of detailed payroll data analysis, process management, and effective cross-functional communication for timely issue resolution.
