Lead implementation and delivery of large, complex Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects from the Bangalore office.
Build, mentor, and provide technical leadership to a team of consultants while managing multiple accounts and customer engagements.
Handle end-to-end Saviynt deployment tasks including connector configuration, custom rule and workflow development, system integration, User Acceptance Testing, and technical POCs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT-related discipline or technical/business experience.
6+ years in consulting and Identity and Access Management; 4+ years hands-on in Saviynt design and configuration mandatory.
Experienced in at least 3 large Saviynt deployments with skills in SaaS IGA platforms, XML, SPML, SOAP/REST, Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL databases.
Must be onsite in Bangalore office 4 days per week; Saviynt IGA Professional certification mandatory; Advanced certification preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent Saviynt projects and workstreams with strong customer and technical stakeholder management.
Experienced mentor and team builder comfortable providing technical guidance and sharing best practices within a Center of Excellence environment.
Proficient in both technical implementation and strategic coordination, contributing to innovation and process improvements within Saviynt IGA deployments.
