Drive growth and business outcomes for Futures & Options (F&O) segment focusing on activations, reactivations, engagement, ARPAU, and revenue.
Own business requirements and growth opportunities by creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) translating business problems and customer insights into measurable initiatives.
Analyze F&O customer funnels and business data to identify gaps and recommend optimizations for better funnel conversion and feature adoption.
Minimum Requirements
3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Business/Product Strategy, Fintech, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Futures & Options (F&O) trading products.
Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and working closely with Product Managers through the product lifecycle.
Location: Mumbai with 5 days in-office attendance required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong commercial understanding of business metrics, revenue levers, and growth drivers within F&O or trading domains.
Proven track record of driving growth metrics (activation, reactivation, ARPAU, revenue improvement) through data-driven initiatives.
Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management including Business, Product, and Analytics teams, comfortable working independently to deliver measurable business impact.
