Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of relevant work experience in AI development or software engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory) plus JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge.
Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing multi-agent and agentic AI systems including prompt engineering, RAG, and AI memory management.
Familiar with AI ecosystem platforms including OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and open-source LLMs.
Skilled in backend development, microservices, REST APIs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
