Identify and suggest process improvements, monitor errors to minimize risk, and escalate requests or issues timely to ensure compliance and quality control.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 2+ years related experience in asset servicing or financial operations.
Basic knowledge of multiple investment instruments such as Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities.
Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word required, Access proficiency desired.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in an operational or transaction services environment related to asset servicing with moderate complexity tasks.
Ability to analyze data and apply technical knowledge to improve existing processes and support project implementation.
Comfortable working under general supervision with accountability for quality, timeliness, and adherence to procedure impacting own and closely related teams.
