Manage complex, frequently changing calendars and coordinate meetings for multiple senior executives, prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication, meeting preparation, and follow-up action monitoring.
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, and support department projects, employee onboarding, and confidential document management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant professional experience.
At least 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting multiple senior executives, preferably in professional services.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and experience with videoconferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accommodate occasional schedule changes across multiple time zones.
