Own the onboarding process for new investment products and mandates, ensuring investment restrictions are accurately coded in the Charles River compliance system for ongoing monitoring.
Perform review, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance rules coded in the system to ensure adherence to client guidelines and regulatory regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including investment compliance teams, client services, legal, and product teams to resolve queries and support compliance monitoring tasks globally.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably in investment compliance.
Proven experience with investment compliance guideline rule coding in Charles River and a strong understanding of Charles River system workflows and parameters.
Knowledge of data setup in Charles River from vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and ESG.
Work Experience Required: 9+ years in investment management/compliance. Other requirements: Understanding of regulatory environments such as UCITS, SFC, FCA, SEC preferred; Bachelor's degree or CFA preferred.

Experienced with portfolio monitoring processes and interpreting client investment management agreements across asset classes like equities, fixed income and derivatives.
Technically adept with the ability to write high quality, reusable, testable code and strong data gathering and facilitation skills.
Strategic thinker who can operate effectively under pressure, manage priorities and timelines, and collaborate with diverse global teams.
