Senior Analyst, IT Operations

Monitor and maintain enterprise technology infrastructure, business systems, and production service environments with focus on service availability and reliability.

Lead operational response for complex incidents, outages, maintenance, and capacity issues, coordinating cross-functional teams and conducting root cause analysis.

Support change management, recovery activities, automation initiatives, documentation, governance, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

At least 4 years progressive experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, NOC/cloud operations, or technology support.

Experience supporting enterprise production environments and working with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Experience using enterprise monitoring and operational management tools.

Experienced in managing complex, mission-critical operational issues across multiple technical disciplines in enterprise IT environments.

Skilled in incident escalation leadership, technical troubleshooting, and coordinating cross-team operational responses.

Familiar with ITIL-based practices, automation tools, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and operating within regulated industries such as healthcare or revenue cycle management.
