Manage agile delivery across multiple EWM workstreams; lead a multi-member consulting team and implement automation and AI to optimize warehouse operations.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience with implementation and roll-out from design to deployment.
Must have led a technical EWM team of more than 5 members and managed Agile delivery for full EWM solutions.
SAP EWM certification on SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management is mandatory.
Experience in decentralized EWM implementation and strong expertise in integration with MM, PP, QM, SD, TM modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharmaceutical supply chain business processes with practical EWM configuration and operational knowledge (Inbound, Outbound, Production staging, Wave picking, PPF, etc.).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments, driving organizational alignment between business and IT stakeholders under Agile methodologies.
Skilled in applying automation and AI technologies within EWM operations to enhance productivity and cycle times, with a strategic mindset on continuous process improvements.
