Minimum Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Data Center Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
Knowledge of enterprise server architecture (Dell, HPE), storage systems, and basic Linux command line operations.
Experience with remote access technologies (iDRAC, ILO), network equipment installation, and adherence to security and change management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in data center environments with familiarity in high availability and redundancy concepts (e.g., PDU, EFU, RAID).
Proficient in system monitoring and troubleshooting including logs, event evaluation, temperature monitoring, and performance tuning.
Strong operational discipline with focus on process adherence and collaboration across teams for timely problem resolution.
