About This Role

Lead and support a team of Java and React developers, including mentoring and promoting knowledge sharing.

Oversee code development, perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with architecture and security best practices.

Drive Agile processes including Sprint/PI planning, estimation, solution reviews, and support CI/CD, test automation, security, and performance initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Strong expertise in Java (versions 8/11/17), Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and ReactJS with core JavaScript skills.

Experience with testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Cucumber, Jest, React Testing Library.

Database skills in MongoDB or Oracle with strong PL/SQL proficiency.

Work Experience Required: Proven experience leading globally distributed teams; familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Experienced technical leader comfortable managing globally distributed software engineering teams.

Strong background in Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, multi-threaded programming, REST API development, and microservices architecture.

Comfortable driving Agile process and technical discussions with a focus on high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.
