Minimum Requirements
3-8 years of overall software engineering experience; minimum 2 years in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based application development.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Bachelor of Technology degree.
Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen and cloud deployment platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Practically experienced in building enterprise-grade AI applications with measurable business impact using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
Able to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, business, and leadership teams and communicate complex AI concepts clearly.
Comfortable owning end-to-end AI solution delivery including development, deployment, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
