Design, build, and deploy agentic AI and multi-agent systems using Azure AI services and frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
Develop and operationalize AI workflows integrating with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise APIs for business functions.
Implement and optimize enterprise RAG solutions, production-ready LLM-based AI applications, and ensure observability, security, responsible AI controls, and scalability in production.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience designing, building, and operationalizing enterprise-scale AI platforms with hands-on expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and Azure solutions.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, agentic frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen), and Python programming.
Experience with enterprise RAG architectures, vector search, AI workflow orchestration (e.g., KubeFlow, BentoML), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sci-Kit Learn), and AI security/governance on Azure.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or closely related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead end-to-end development and deployment of scalable, secure AI applications in enterprise Azure environments.
Strong expertise in integrating AI solutions with Microsoft enterprise products and APIs for business process automation and knowledge management.
Experienced in establishing AI observability, guardrails, evaluation metrics, and governance frameworks for responsible AI operations.
