Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Python, and SQL within an agile environment.
Lead wireframe development, solution design, quality assurance, data validation, and publishing of analytics solutions to production (Azara platform).
Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing within the analytics team and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and developers to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a BI, data or analytics developer/analyst delivering solutions in Tableau and/or Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation; working experience with Python and/or Databricks for data processing and analytics.
Experience working in an agile delivery environment and translating complex business requirements into analytics solutions.
Location requirement: On-site in Bangalore, India. Degree in data, analytics, or related field preferable or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in tactical delivery within BI teams with strong domain knowledge and ability to translate analytics into actionable business decisions.
Capable of leading multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently, with skills in stakeholder management and communication across business lines at senior levels.
Technically skilled and results-driven with proven ability to create, validate, and publish complex analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value.
