Minimum Requirements
Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (data analysis/visualization) and PowerPoint (presentation design).
Hands-on experience with Workday dashboards and reporting.
Experience in generating and presenting HR data insights to diverse stakeholders.
Work Experience Required: Preferably 2-4 years in a matrixed or global HR environment (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational HR analytics with strong technical and practical HR operations skills.
Comfortable working autonomously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional, cross-cultural teams and driving continuous improvement through automation and scalable solutions.
