Minimum Requirements
12-18 years total experience with BTech/MTech in Computer Science.
10+ years experience as Software Architect or similar role in product development.
10+ years experience in core Java with advanced features (e.g. streams, functional programming, virtual threads).
5+ years experience in Spring Boot and related Spring features; 4+ years experience in microservices architecture and high/low level design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and driving microservices and large-scale systems following clean code and SOLID principles.
Strong background in algorithms, data structures, workflow frameworks (e.g. Temporal, Apache Airflow), and reactive programming.
Has demonstrated ability to lead architecture design, mentor engineers, and handle technical risk in complex software environments.
