Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate digital asset and capital markets requirements into functional specifications and product requirements.
Analyze securities/asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset orchestration including applying DLT/blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
Support full SDLC including conducting gap/impact analysis, UAT, production issue support, and root-cause analysis, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Analysis within capital markets, fintech, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of securities asset lifecycle and Broadridge ecosystem.
Experience in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain/DLT, smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, UAT, SQL, APIs, and data analysis.

Experienced in bridging business and technical teams within financial services or fintech environments focused on digital asset solutions.
Skilled in applying deep capital markets domain knowledge to complex digital asset and blockchain technologies.
Proficient in structured analysis, stakeholder management, and translating complex requirements into actionable product features and solutions.
