About This Role

Own and prioritize the Agile team backlog within a SAFe Agile Release Train, ensuring at least two iterations of ready work.

Participate actively in SAFe cadence activities: PI Planning, backlog refinement, iteration planning, reviews, and demos; act as key decision maker on story acceptance.

Act as technical Product Owner with software development background, balancing stakeholder value prioritization with technical feasibility and team capacity.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years professional experience.

Hands-on software development experience in object-oriented languages such as Java, C++, or C#.

Demonstrated experience as Product Owner in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe or equivalent) with practical PI Planning participation.

Proficiency in front-end frameworks (Angular, jQuery, Ext JS, Node.js) and backlog tools (Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Has strong technical understanding from software development to confidently assess design and estimate efforts alongside engineers.

Experienced in scaled Agile methodologies, able to negotiate scope and dependencies across multiple teams within ART.

Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
